Covid-19 Update

Due to COVID-19 and the Holiday season, our delivery time frames maybe impacted. We sincerely apologize for all major delays during this period and take full responsibility for these disruptions in advance.

As a company that truly cares about your experience with us, we have made some major improvements in our logistical operations in the last couple months to ensure major disruptions don't happen but please do bear with us as all major carriers around the world are experiencing heavy demand at this time.

We have been working around the clock with carriers to ensure our products are delivered in a timely manner but unfortunately, at the end of the day, some customers will be impacted.

If you are a customer that was affected by these shipping delays (please refer our covid19 updated delivery timeframes below), we are offering a full refund or a free reshipment of your order. Please get in touch with our support team and we will definitely help you out.

NOTE FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS (DECEMBER 2020)

We use Canada Post for delivery of all our free shipping orders. Since, December 1st we have been noticing some shipping delays (upto 2-3 weeks) from their end and have already adjusted our estimated delivery durations at checkout to reflect these delays. We request you to kindly bear with us as you await your package and understand that Canada Post is experiencing severe delays due to covid19 and holiday demand. 

 

We have activated a Purolator express shipping option at checkout for customers who want their packages faster. We would recommend choosing this option if you want your package delivered asap.

This is to inform you that we are operating as per usually, with added protection across our warehousing, ensuring that your orders are dispatched in a safe manner. We are sanitising frequently, keeping the 1.5m distance rule, and doing our best to keep up with your orders.

At EzToned, we put our customers experience and safety above everything else. We are continuously improving our shipping processes to ensure faster delivery time frames.

All customers affected by shipping delays are eligible for a full refund for these unexpected delays or a free reshipment (refer our covid19 estimated delivery timeframes below).

Please read below - due to COVID-19, please expect some delays.

Disclaimer: We humbly ask your understanding and patience due to the current Coronavirus situation. Standard shipping will be delayed for all countries. We will continue to work to deliver products as soon as possible while we keep our close attention on the situation.

Please also note that there may be a delay in updates from your tracking number - this is not on our end, it is due to the shipping carrier, so please keep this in mind when tracking your parcel.

REGULAR time period.

Shipping within Europe takes between 2-8 business days.

Shipping within USA takes between 2-7 business days.

Shipping within Australia takes between 2-8 business days.

Shipping within Canada takes between 2-8 business days.

Other countries take between 7-20 business days (depending on your local post services).

COVID-19 time period (if orders are delayed).

Shipping within Europe takes between 4-10 business days.

Shipping within USA takes between 2-10 business days.

Shipping within Australia takes between 4-10 business days.

Shipping within Canada takes between 4-16 business days.

Other countries take between 7-30 business days (depending on your local post services).

If your order has been delayed (passed 1 week from above mentioned time frames), please reach out to our support team and we will issue you a free reshipment from the closest warehouse to your address. You can also request for a cancellation and get a full refund.

Delivery

EzToned is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control.

An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an epidemic/pandemic such as COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.
